How The Process Works
Discovery
You contact us about working with you to build your website. We review your project requirements to see if we’re able to deliver the result you desire. If it is agreed that we’re able to deliver your vision, we move forward with the formal statement of work and costs for your approval. This phase lasts approximately 5-7 business days.
Explore
In this phase, we provide a guide for your content, which you will complete along with providing other assets such as logos, branding guides, and other relevant materials scoped for your website. This phase is heavily dependent on your contributions which we will use to build your site. This phase will last approximately 5-7 business days.
Develop
In this stage, we work to develop and build out your website to the specifications listed in the Explore phase. We provide an opportunity for you to see your initial vision on screen and provide any content/design changes & feedback. This phase lasts approximately 3-6 weeks depending on scope.
Launch
This is the final stage where all of our combined efforts come to fruition. We finalized all of the back-end settings for SEO, analytics, and search engine submissions, and launch your site for the world to see! This final stage will take a few days to line up migrating the site to a live status along with the other related back-end tasks.

Launch
Of course, there are many more components to each milestone in our journey, but these will provide you with a high-level view of your project. The overall timeline for our standard projects is roughly 6-8 weeks. This of course can vary slightly either way, but it’s a general timeline that we strive to follow. We will of course provide you with a more detailed timeline specific to your project during the Discovery phase.
Once your site is launched, we will maintain and manage the site if you wish via our maintenance contracts. Those include up to an hour per month for basic updates to your content, as well as security and performance updates to your site.
